- Navy Veteran Richard Ramsey Has Sex-Change Operation at Age 77 -- The article switches pronouns, but ... I forgive. The story itself is touching. I'm so happy for her, that she finally doesn't feel pressured to just put up with what she was given even though it wasn't right. ♥

- Okay, one more news story that does not bring teh lulz and then I promise to lighten up. Russian police have arrested three homeless men suspected of killing and eating a 25-year-old and selling parts of his body to a kebab and pie kiosk.

- "A high school librarian in Phoenix says a former student at the Arizona school returned two overdue books checked out 51 years ago along with a $1,000 money order to cover the fines."

- "Florida police say a man arrested for repeatedly calling 911 looking for sex claimed it was the only number he could dial after running out of cell phone minutes."

- I saved the best for last. Drunk Ewok Humps Al Roker's Leg. The only thing that I would like to add is ... the Ewok also moonwalks.

- SPACE PORN! (No, no, not aliens bumping uglies. Really gorgeous astronomy photography.)

- Bizarre landscapes. Do you have any idea how much I would freak out if I went to Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia? Holy crap. Even just looking at the second picture makes me feel like a panic attack is on the way. I think I would die if I actually went there.

- I'm pretty sure I've shared stuff about Capela dos Ossos more than once before but I'm doing it again. I can't help it; I just think it's so gorgeous. x_x

- You know what else I find fascinating and will never tire of? Niche blogs.

- Here's a list of the most popular Christmas toys by year, starting with 1960. Did you get any of them the year they were the hot item?

- Raindrop Melody Maker. I don't really know what to say about this. It's neat, though. :D

- This is the best review of Goodnight Moon that I've ever seen. It begins: "Set in a dystopian future in which genetically engineered animals have devoured humanity, GOODNIGHT MOON is told from the perspective of a unseen, dying victim of the ravenous hordes. As he reflects on the scene with his last breaths, MOON provides a terrifying eulogy for the human race."
