*points to icon* That is now my favorite picture of Thewlis. Just... Wow. That man pulls off B&W pictures AND turtlenecks remarkably well. As soon as I can toy around with the icon at home with the Photoshop "toys" I have there, I'll probably make it my default. 'cause...wow.

Okay never mind. While writing this I couldn't take my eyes off of it even without me toying with Photoshop toys, so yay? ;)

I have so many fic ideas rolling around in my head, it's ridiculous. Ha, and I have all those but when I try to write them they all go quiet. My muses are as random as I am, I swear. -_-

I have a bigger update coming with personal stuff (OMG SHOCK) but I'll do that later, 'cause it's going to be f-locked and all. :D

You know, I kind of prefer all the wind when it's stormy. When it's sunny and EXTREMELY windy it just seems...unfair for some reason.

A friend sent me a link to all_unwritten and, if you're interested in writing random drabbles every now and then just for exercise? That seems like a pretty good community for it. I have a small handful (...well, relatively speaking) of original characters and I think I'll use those prompts as writing exercises for them just to not lose their voices since the one I used to play them with isn't around anymore. :)

I have tons of reading to do today. Yesterday I didn't have enough time to do it, and by the end of the day I threw myself to RP-land so I could de-stress myself so today I'll need to do it. :X The book I'm supposed to finish and have a report for in one of my classes? Is due on the 22nd. I'm on the first chapter. >.> It seems interesting enough, at least, so that's good. There's a quote in it that I want to share but I'm at work (and pretending to be typing up a letter that I already finished yesterday XD) so I'll do it later.

...I need to make myself new icons. I'm not entirely happy with mine ATM. Haha, something else to add to my list-to-do. *g* Ah well. At least I know I won't give myself a chance to be bored. ;)

Haha I'm such a procrastinator. The only thing I managed to do from my list was...nothing. I did make an icon for myself *hearts Thewlis* and set up a layout for this journal (Heroes! but I might change the banner at some point if I get bored...) today, so I guess that counts for something, eh?

Oh, and I watched Juno over the weekend. It was a really good movie; the BF and I liked it a lot. I <3 the dry/sarcastic humor it had, and you end up really caring for the characters, and it was just a really good movie.

School starts tomorrow. Earlier I was excited, right now I'm just so very ARGH about it. Maybe my mood will change again later? Heh.

Sigh, back to work. It should really be the weekend all over again. Minus the rain and all. ;)

Today the BF and I had our Christmas day since he works both the 24th and 25th, and is going with his family out of town. So he brought his presents over, and the ones that I got from his family.

I got the Heroes DVDs!

XD The BF didn't get the hint. But he did mention it to his dad, apparently, when he asked what I liked, and out of the things he mentioned he got me the first season. *G* YAY! I'm watching the first episode right now. He says his dad's gift outshines what he got me (a new messenger bag and a Hogwarts poster because he has noticed how THAT obsession heightened lately ;) ), and... Well, I won't say it. But c'mon, it's HEROES!

Okay, I'm heading out for a bit. Probably to watch an episode or two, and write at the same time 'cause I have fics to write.

Christmas is a few days away and I'm still not done shopping. I just need...four presents left, I think, but dude. I'm supposed to be done by now. And the presents I DO have are not even wrapped. -_- Oi. Oi, oi. I seem to procrastinate more and more as I grow older. I also need to write tons of fics, but the muses have been iffy until recently. So I'll try to get that done over the weekend, which I think I'll be able to do since I have ideas for all the ones I need to do. :D

Guess what just came in?

:D I placed the order last week for it and they got it in today. Of course, I'm going out tonight because it was my Mom's birthday yesterday and we're all going out to dinner and all (*GROAN* I DON'T WANNA), so I can't get it NOW how I want to, but they have it!

Sigh. That just made things loads better. XD
